ARRIVAL
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not earlier. New clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored in to your appointment time so that you do not have to arrive earlier. Arriving early will not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. Please call ahead to check if your service can be started before the scheduled time.
Sickness And Allergies
If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, or show signs of severe allergies, this includes but not limited to coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service.
NOTE
It is not advised that someone with a sinus infection, or severe allergies to get a facial at that time, as the skin can be more reactive, sensitive to touch and products used in treatments. It can be difficult to tell the difference between allergies / sinus infections and a cold or flu. If you have allergies that are causing you to cough or sneeze or have a runny nose, congestion, sore throat, you will be turned away for a service.
